Claro models are available in-the-ear (ITE), in-the-canal (ITC), completely-in-the-canal (CIC) and behind-the-ear (BTE). These digital aids come with many unique features to specifically customize the aid to best suit the user. Claro aids automatically adapt to the program that best suit the users' current listening environment. A Claro 11 CIC costs about $2449.

Maxx models are offered as CIC or BTE aids and have many features, including automatically controlling volume and feedback and canceling noise to suppress aggravating background sounds.

Phonak also sells a variety of unique accessories to match some of their product lines, including remote-controlled watches to allow the hearing aid wearer to adjust volumes and programs in a discreet manner.
